This is a beginners 3 day training program, in an Excel Spreadsheet file so you can enter the weights you use week to week. Upload it to Google Drive and keep it with you wherever you go! This program is an Upper/Lower/Full Body split, intended for individuals who are new to lifting and may not be ready to invest in a coach for a customized training program. This can be run over a time span of 4-8 weeks before progressing to a new program. You focus should be to master these workouts! Included are directions and coaching tips to ease any confusion. For some complex movements, there are YouTube videos linked, and you can always DM me for any additional support.
