Christie is the BEST! Prior to starting, I was nervous because it had been several years since I had a regular workout routine. On day one, Christie immediately made me feel motivated. Every day since, she has continued to help push me to reach and exceed my goals. Christie makes my workouts challenging and most importantly, fun. Christie has been my coach for quite some time now and it has been one the most eye opening and rewarding experiences. Christie has helped me improve my overall quality of life. She has focused so much on correcting my old patterns and behaviors when it comes to my nutrition and exercise habits. She has helped me see that fitness is a way of life and is attainable long term, with time and patience anything is possible.

I am so grateful to work with someone who is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about me and my success. The workouts she has personally constructed specifically for my goals, and body have always challenged me in the best possible way. Our client- coach relationship is amazing and I always look forward to my weekly check-in.

Christie always responds fast and in detail whenever I have a question or concern regarding anything from nutrition, to fitness, to mindset. She has always been there to support and cheer me on week to week! I love working with Christie, I can genuinely say I love my health and fitness lifestyle, if it weren’t for her I would not have been able to see my potential for growth and change within myself, and I will most definitely be continuing to have her as my coach for the longterm.

I’m getting so many compliments lately! I would always wear more oversized clothes or things that were so basic that would never draw attention (positive or negative) and now I’m wearing more things that I actually like, that I think I look good in, or make me feel good!
